We select properties in neighborhoods that most guests would actually live in. We’ve designed and outfitted each space to provide an experience that makes guests feel as though they actually live here, as opposed to staying here.

Our locations provide guests with the opportunity to walk out of their door and immediately become immersed in the local culture. Whether you’re a travelling nurse on assignment for a month, or a corporate traveler in town for a few days, our accommodations are an excellent alternative to hotels.

Various short-term residents

Less wear and tear: Our guests are typically visiting for business or vacation. Therefore, the majority of their time is spent outside of the home. Thereby, reducing the probability of damages.

Cleaning and maintenance are provided upon the departure of each guest.

Each guest must rate the cleanliness and overall experience of the property.  As a result, our properties MUST remain in pristine condition. If not, GF10 risk damaging its reputation which could have a financial adverse effect.

TRADITIONAL RESIDENT

Same resident for an extended period

High probability of wear and tear: Residents typically spend most of their time at home. Thereby, increasing the probability of damages.

Cleaning is not obligatory and left to the discretion of the resident.

Other than the deposit (which residents have low expectations of retrieving), there isn’t a rating system or an incentive for the resident to maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the property.
