We aim to acquire and increase our residential holdings by successfully identifying and revitalizing undervalued and underdeveloped multifamily and commercial properties in re-emerging markets. Through the implementation of our short-term rental and management strategies, we seek to reposition these assets to become high performing properties that yield great returns and long-term appreciation for our portfolio and partners.

GF10 provides a variety of exceptional fully furnished accommodations from contemporary apartments and lofts in or near downtown, to homes in thriving neighborhoods close to restaurants, shops, parks, and other main attractions. We select properties in neighborhoods that most guests would actually live in. We’ve designed and outfitted each space to provide an experience that makes guests feel as though they actually live here, as opposed to staying here.
